Furalines cares deeply about the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Personal data collected
On our website www.furalines.com, we only collect the following data: your email address. This is collected when you fill out our registration form to receive our concert dates or news. We also collect the information submitted through our contact/quote form (see section 9).
2. Purpose of collection
The data collected is used exclusively to send you our concert dates and share Furalines news with you. We do not sell or transfer your data to any third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, given via the registration form, and legitimate interest regarding the information shared with you.
4. Retention period
Your data is retained for as long as you remain registered on our list. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails, or by contacting us directly (see section 8).
5. Third-party services
We use a third-party email service (MailerLite) to manage our newsletters. MailerLite stores its users' data in a data center located in the European Union, certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 information security standards, guaranteeing data confidentiality and integrity.
6. Data security
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or modification.
7. Your rights

9. Contact and quote form
When you use our contact or quote form, we collect the information you provide (name, email and/or phone, and your event details). This data is used only to handle your request and reply to you. It is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request, then deleted. You can request its erasure at any time via hello@furalines.com.
10. Cookies and audience measurement
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure the site’s audience. No measurement cookie is set until you have given your consent via the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page. Strictly necessary cookies (language preference) do not require consent.
11. Anti-spam protection
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly anti-bot solution that sets no advertising cookie and requires no consent. For security purposes, the IP address and browser used when submitting a form may be recorded.
